Smoke Rise Ranch is Back

Smoke Rise Ranch Horseman's Resort

Smoke Rise Ranch Horseman's Resort has reopened with new operators since the original owners retired. You don't need to travel out West of the Mississippi to experience a cowboy cattle ranch. They have quite a few scheduled events (see below) and will work with you to create a special corporate outing, church group retreat, birthday celebration or boy/girl scout event. Give them a call at 740-767-2624 or email them at smokeriseohio@gmail.com. Have fun!

2014 Schedule of Events

Please join us in welcoming the new operators of Smoke Rise Ranch, Jeff and Annette Niese and their family. Jeff and Annette have developed a special passion and admiration for the life at Smoke Rise and are excited not only to preserve all the great things we love about it, but also to bring in some much needed TLC and improvements! We are very excited to have them join our ranch family and we look forward to working with them, and we feel confident you will, too.

In order to help Jeff and Annette learn the ropes and to make the transition as smooth as possible, we have planned a modified schedule of events for this first year. As the season progresses, watch for more activities and attractions to be added, and hold onto your hats, because we plan to be back on a full normal schedule for 2015!
